These, then, are, presumably, my strengths (all of them falling in the categories of ââ¬Å"Enable others to Actâ⬠and ââ¬Å"Model the Wayâ⬠). These, then, are my weaknesses, which I need to focus on to improve. The pattern, here, is that most of these behaviors seem to be in the ââ¬Å"Challenge the Processâ⬠category, with one in ââ¬Å"Inspire a shared Visionâ⬠, and the other in ââ¬Å"Model the Wayâ⬠. Nevertheless, the ââ¬Å"Challenge the Processâ⬠category seems to be that which I most need to focus on (ââ¬Å"LPI: Leaderships Behaviors Rankingâ⬠, p.3). On the whole, the Observers perceived my leadership ability as being more average than I perceived it to be myself. The categories, ââ¬Å"Encourage the Heartâ⬠, and ââ¬Å"Challenge the Processâ⬠toggled the line between Moderate and Low; the latter according to both Co-worker and Others, the former

However, these benefits are not without side effects because rapidly increasing technology use has become a point of concern for employer and employee both. At a workplace, employers have access to personal information of the employees. How much access an employer has and how is a question of debate.
